At the workshop, you will be equipped to conduct a Team Test yourself, interpret the team profile, and use it to assemble the right team, strengthen collaboration, and maximise the talents you already have in-house.

The TT38 Team Test Workshop is for anyone involved in creating and developing teams. After the course, you will be able to conduct a Team Test yourself, interpret it, and use it to clarify a team's strengths, potential, and areas for improvement.
You will work with the test on real cases throughout, so you not only understand the method in theory but have practised using it before applying it to your own teams.
The Team Test Tool
The TT38 Team Test builds upon the individual talent profile, the TT38 Talent Test.
However, while the Talent Test reveals the talents of individuals, the Team Test consolidates these profiles, making it visible where a team complements each other and where talents might clash.
