TT38 Anti-stress Course

Identify risk factors before they turn into stress

Decode and read TT38 stress risks and early signs in yourself and others, while there is still an opportunity to react and adjust.

Prevent sick leave and maintain mental energy

Intervene earlier so that a pressured period does not develop into long-term stress, absence, and the human and financial consequences that follow.

For those responsible for people and well-being

For managers, HR/TA, and others who work with employee well-being and want to actively prevent stress in the workplace.

Stress Prevention

Read the signs before it is too late

You will gain a language and a tool to see when you or a colleague are heading towards burnout.

Not to walk on eggshells around each other, but to be able to have a conversation in time and adjust while a busy period is still just a busy period – and not a period of sick leave. What you gain are colleagues who maintain their mental energy and a workplace where people want to stay.

The Three Stress Profiles in TT38

Stress risk is assessed based on the central average column that runs vertically in the TT38 Stress Graph. If a score is above average, the person is likely more susceptible to that specific type of stress – and that is exactly where you can intervene.
1) Top performers: Who find it difficult to switch off

2) Neurotic: Restlessness from perfectionism and overthinking

3) Submissive: Often feels overlooked and misunderstood

What you will take away from the course

TT38 Stress Risk shows which forms of stress an individual is most susceptible to. On the course, you will learn to read that pattern – in yourself and your colleagues – and use it as a practical tool in everyday life.

You can read the early signs while there is still time to act on them – instead of discovering them once the damage is done.

You can handle difficult conversations on a calm basis because you know what you are looking for and can articulate it without guessing.

You can adapt tasks and roles to suit the individual, thereby preventing stress before it builds up.

You save the workplace the financial cost associated with sick leave that could have been avoided.

You will work with the TT38 Stress Risk graph and the three stress profiles, so you leave the day with tools that can be used from the following week.

A brief overview of stress
in the workplace

Stress rarely has just a single cause.

It builds up from several factors at once – work pressure, personal problems, health challenges, financial difficulties, and social conditions.

Physically, it triggers a series of reactions: faster heartbeat, breathing, blood pressure, as well as stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. In the short term, this sharpens focus and mobilises energy.

If it becomes persistent, it is harmful to health, and that is what the intervention aims to prevent.

Stress is a major factor in Danish working life, and the figures put the course into perspective:

• Stress costs society 55 billion DKK every year
• Up to one in four sick leaves is due to stress
• 430,000 people have symptoms of severe stress daily
• Half a million feel burnt out at work
• Stress accounts for 1.5 million extra days of absence

One year after employees report feeling stressed at work, they work an average of six hours less per month – a noticeable decline.

The earlier it is caught, the less it costs you.
