As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself.
However, we need certain personal data to be able to collaborate with you and provide you with relevant communication.
Our website collects and processes information about you when you:
- Send an enquiry via the website
- Use a lead magnet
- Subscribe to our newsletter
Through our website, we only collect the personal data necessary to provide the service you request.

Your test results will be shared with you and your manager, as well as your company if your company requested the test. If you are a private individual, the test will only be shared with you and the relevant Talents Unlimited employee for feedback and test results.
All Talents Unlimited employees are subject to strict confidentiality clauses, even after their employment ends.
All tests are conducted through Talents Unlimited’s system, which is hosted on a secure server in Denmark.
6. Enquiries from the Website
When you send an enquiry from the website – for example, via a contact form – we register your name, company, telephone number, and email address.
The information is used to process your enquiry in the best possible way.
The information (name, company name, telephone number, and email address) is registered in Talents Unlimited’s systems – including our CRM system.
Employees at Talents Unlimited have access to this information.
7. Newsletters
When you subscribe to the Talents Unlimited newsletter, the following information is registered: name, telephone number, and email address.
By subscribing to the Talents Unlimited newsletter, you consent to us processing your personal data, including your name, email, and additional information in accordance with applicable law, and solely for the purpose of receiving newsletters and marketing materials.
The information you provide (name and email address) is registered in Talents Unlimited’s systems – including our CRM system and our newsletter distribution system.
Employees at Talents Unlimited have access to this information.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter again, by clicking on a link in the newsletter. Your information will then be stored separately for 24 months before being deleted.
We do this to ensure that we do not subsequently send you information once you have unsubscribed from the newsletter.

Talents Unlimited and our partners employ appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure integrity and confidentiality in connection with the processing of personal data.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access the information we process about you.
You have the right to have inaccurate information we hold about you rectified.
You have the right to have your information deleted by us.
You can exercise this right by sending an email to info@t-u.dk. We will then delete your information, if permissible by law.
You have the right to restrict our processing of information about you.
You can withdraw your consent at any time.
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.
