About us
Talents Unlimited emerged from Thorbjoern Saltorp’s mission to create a tool that is complex and can go further than simply dividing people into generic behavioral boxes. The goal was to create something that could effectively uncover employee talent and relate it to their work and their environment. An important criterion was that the test was practical and relevant for work and practical. This is summarised in the TT38 Talent Test, which has been improved and further advanced over the past 15 years in various directions and exists today in the form we use at Talents Unlimited. It is a test with many aspects and nuances making it needless to use other tests.
