TT38 Talent Test

Our online Talent Test is made for individuals who want to learn more about themselves, or want to utilise the test for e.g. recruitment, cultural development and management. The test takes approx. 30 min. to complete, and can be combined with the team test, where it is possible to further specify your talents in a team context. The Talent Test provides self-insight and knowledge regarding your talents. It identifies strengths as well as blind spots while also showing individuals their areas for development in becoming a better version of themselves.

Success Profile

Conducting a success profile is a special way to find talents (characteristics), which exemplify a successful employee – and also a less successful employee – in the company. This could be applied for various positions such as a salesperson, manager, IT-specialist, etc. The test is based on individuals in a team context and identifies the characteristics of successful profiles, while at the same time identifying which profiles need improvement. Based on the test, it is therefore possible to “tailor” success profiles to the company.

TT38 Team Test

The Team Test is one of the strongest tests of groups for Business purposes. The intention is to provide a team evaluation focusing on identifying the strengths and deficiencies of a team and to gain a deeper understanding of how the team works on the cognitive level. The results of the Team Test vary – it can be a description of the dream team or an action plan for teams that need to improve their performance. The Team Test is done in a combination between the Talent Test results and an evaluation of the team. It is a conversation tool that is based on the team as a whole, and not the single individual.
